There are 3 types of friends
Confidants-A friend that rejoices with you, and cries with you, is FOR YOU no matter where you are. They are few and far in between. They think the best of you, and will support you because they LOVE YOU! LOVE YOU!!!!!
Constituents-They are for what you stand for, but are not FOR YOU! They are around because of what you can do for them. They are excited about what you are excited about because they share the same agenda.
Comrads- These people are not for you, or what you are for, they are just for what you are AGAINST! As soon as the mission is over, they will walk away before you can stand up. Please do not share your business with these people. They are waiting to bring you down.
Real friends will see all sides of you, be with you during ups and downs, they will rejoice when life is going your way, and they will cry when you are hurt. They are the ones you can share your hopes, dreams, failures and disappointments with and they will STILL SEE YOU!
A friend who has been with you "ONLY" in times of prosperity has not proven the tie that binds yet, understand true, real, AUTHENTIC friendships are worth their weight in GOLD, and must be tested by trials......
Luv. . .if you have 1 person who fits this profile...you are truly, truly blessed!
Be careful who you call friend....a friend would never want to see you hurt, they love you so much, they wish they could take the weight from you.. and bear it themselves. ..THAT'S A FRIEND!
