Wow Happy Thursday!!

Well, as you can see this Blog is titled "Select a Coach to Regain Your Confidence", and if you are reading this, you are probably wondering or curious about why anyone would need such a thing!(smile) Well... its very simple. I speak with hundreds of people through my blogs, articles, mentoring and Memberships on a daily, and I love it!

Really... I do, but so many people are stuck!

 Stuck mentally, emotionally, and PHYSICALLY!

When I listen to them, I hear all types of things, NO MONEY, NOT ENOUGH EDUCATION, IM TOO FAT, NOT ENOUGH TIME, MY CHILDREN NEED ME.... BLAH BLAH BLAH! I don't mean to upset you, or belittle any of these reasons, but for every excuse I can show you someone with these same circumstances and more who are over achievers! Whats the difference between you and them..... YOUR CONFIDENCE!

That's right.... sounds simple? That's because it IS! Yesterday while I was speaking with an old friend, She stated that she wants to go to another school district as a Teacher. Well, she has been in Education for 15 years, but at the mere mention of moving to another district you could visually see the FEAR in her eyes! So I felt her discomfort, and took her to the side, and asked her 5 simple questions that I have come up with to measure where ones self esteem is.

Its not a guaranteed science but it is a practical tool to see where you are on the whole "GUT CHECK" thing. 

When she finished she was amazed. You see, sometimes we don't move because we believe all these circumstance are the things that hold us back, when in fact, it really has to do with HOW CONFIDENT WE ARE INTERNALLY first with ourselves, and second with the task at hand.... so I suggested that she let me Coach her for 20 minutes, right there on the spot free of charge!

 I believe that we all have areas that we need help with, because we cant see these obstacles clearly. So if you desire to see  yourself, the way you were created to be seen in the first place, and learn who you really are, it will help you in every area of your life. I don't care what anyone says, when you feel inadequate, no amount of money, makeup, relationships or degrees with fulfill you. Empitness will be your counterpart, your dance partner, and you deserve more. You really do.

So invest in yourself and personal development, whether its tapes or books by Tony Robbins, Les Brown, Oprah or someone you know locally, learn how to be the best you, and how to be AUTHENTIC. Its been quite a while, since we've spoken on this platform. I have missed YOUUUU!!! :-)

Its not because I've forgotten about you, or out of lack of interest, its just that I HAVE BEEN BUSY!:-) You know, you have to be careful what you pray for, because you will get it. I mean, seriously, last year this time, I wanted very badly to write for a magazine, do radio, and be recognized by my peers, all while maintaining access to you, and guess what I'M DOING ALL OF THAT AND MORE. I want to take a moment, and say THANKYOU! 

 

Real talk.... I could not be doing all of this if it were not for you. You have listened, responded, and encouraged me along my journey. So today I wanna share a little bit of what Ive been up to. As most of you know, I have started an online community of Women around the world to help them find their AUTHENTIC Confidence, and I am so enjoying these Ladies. We are in the middle of a Confidence Series, where the public has also been invited. I believe that the message of worthiness  love and self acceptance should be for all, so as long as you desire to hear it, I will share it.

 

 

 

So much to share, and so little time, but I wanted to let you know to watch out for this months issue of Imerge magazine with +Kathleen C  and +Romester Ushery  where I am featured this month. I must say it was fun, and really cool to know that someone was interested in me. So stay tuned for that. What else? Whatever it is, someone has it 10 times harder, life is an obstacle course, get your stride, gain your momentum, rest, but don't STOP! You can do it, WE can do it... lets get this thing called LIFE and bend it to our will. You have the power to do so. There are stories after stories I could share, where I bended my reality, and I followed suit! Don't believe what you see with the physical eye, that's just temporary baby. Two Reason's That Hold You Back From Getting What You Truly Desire.

Happy Tuesday Beauties and Gents!!

So, this morning I was scheduled to do a Coaching Session with a Young Man breaking into the World of Finances, so we started promptly at 8 am, and ended at 9 am. It was so exciting and refreshing, because this Young Man is excited about his opportunity, and is so serious about it, that he hired a COACH SO HE COULD ENSURE SUCCESS!

So, let me share a little bit with you about our session. It wasn't a typical session, it was more like a conversation, because thats my approach. So I started off by asking him...

"What is your Ultimate goal!"

"Well, Kim, I want to be successful!"

"Ok... young Man, lets build your idea of success, but first lets find out if you're afraid of it? Because if you are, you may achieve it, but you will not keep it!"

So I started by asking a series of questions, here are just a few, and none of them have anything to do with FINANCES! Lol... But that is the point! You see, the right mindset has to do with your set of beliefs, and what you feel you DESERVE, and if anything is out of alignment it will show up one way or the other.

So see if you have a problem with any of these in your life.

Is it hard for you to get the relationship you truly want?

Do you think GREAT things are just for everybody else?

Do you feel like you're begging your clients, customers, audience, or readers when you're trying to sell your products,even if it benefits them?



If so.... your probably coming from one or two places....

1. Fear....

2.Greed....

Each one of these has to do with YOU, and your lack..... when you want to attract opportunities, Great relationships, and Money, you have to come from a place of BELIEF, and BENEFIT.

If you answered yes to those first questions .....  then you may have the wrong mindset or even a Poverty mindset. Now let me explain, it is not all about MONEY. It is the fear of not having enough, and it translates into all areas of your life.There are ways to attract all of these things into your life(with the proper work of course) but it takes Focus, and Willingness. I was first exposed to  an Attraction Living mindset over ten years ago, and it saved me so much time and effort once I really took it seriously. I have been told I can sell Ice to an Eskimo(smile) not really, but anyone can do these things.

So, ask yourself....What is the benefit? It is not about you, or your bills, or your situation, that is going to repel the things you want. People want to give, and be around those that pour into them, bring value to them, You have to sell from that place. Now I am giving this away, becasue it its so simple, but necessary to those who want and desire more. We live in The Information Age, so take advantage of what Im sharing, as well as others across the Web. It makes no sense to live in the dark anymore, there is just too much DAMN INFORMATION to be IGNORANT ABOUT THESE THINGS.

Yes, I put the last sentence in all caps, not because I'm angry, but because I am excited for you. When I first learned this information, I had to purchase several books, tapes, audios, cds, and now you can get this information fro FREE. But what are YOU willing to do with it?

The rest is up to you.

So remember that I believe in you, and am willing to share and help the best way that I can. I am a constant student, always learning, searching and adopting the right mindset to have a fulfilled and abundant life. 5 Reasons Why "You" Should THINK BIG!

Hey Luvs!!!

Wow... it is a SNOWY DAY IN ATLANTA GEORGIA! :-)

So I decided to sit down, and talk to you Ladies and Gents for a moment.  I hope everyone has been doing great, and more importantly I'm checking up on you guys to make sure you are in your homes away from all the ICE! :-)

Anywhooo, I started thinking about all the new things I've been up to lately. Its been AMAZING, and a great learning experience for me. I have been Coaching, as well as facilitating a 4 week online Course "THE I AM ME PROJECT",  a Course designed to help Women reclaim their confidence, and to teach them how to ATTRACT healthy relationships.

Also....to top it off I just launched I AM ME UNIVERSITY!!! , a membership site for ladies to get practical tools on how to live to their fullest potential. I am sooooo proud of myself, not because they made me rich over night, or made me a Commercial success, but simply because I challenged myself to think BIGGGGG!

You see, I am a VISIONARY!

Meaning, anyone who thinks so big that they get headaches at least twice a week! LOL. It can be frustrating, but it is a gift that I don't take lightly and  its necessary!

For you other VISIONARIES OUT There ..you feel me? LOL.

So often people ask me, how I am able to do some of the things I do. My answer is because I supposed to! You see, each and every one of you are supposed to THINK BIG and LIVE BIG!

Why?

WHY NOT?

So I wanted to share 5 Reasons why "YOU" should think BIG!

So lets get started!!

1. Your quality of life is determined by how "YOU" think.

(So if you don't like your circumstances, you have the ability to change your thinking, and CREATE YOUR DESIRED REALITY)

2. YOUR world will begin to produce your thoughts if you ACT on them!

(I had to IMAGINE a place where Women could learn about beauty, relationships, business, health and spirituality before I ever wrote it down. It didn't cost me anything)

3. YOU inspire others when you think big!

(People are watching you, your friends, children, community, and strangers. You have influence by the way you choose to live. You have more power to change things than you realize.

4. YOU can have what you DREAM ABOUT!

Once you think it, and work hard for it, you have the right to have everything you want, because you deserve it, and you know it. You should feel happy that you have stepped  out and challenged yourself. The sheer design of all creation is to GROW! You are falling in alignment with the CREATOR when you think and act BIG!!! You are thinking like a CREATOR!

5.THE WORLD NEEDS YOU!

Whether you know it or not, we are all tied together, and when you play small, it doesn't serve me, or anyone else. We need YOU to play at your full potential, so WE can meet our full potential. VISIONARIES need other VISIONARIES to bring ideas and insights, and ways of thinking to this world.

No man is an ISLAND... WE NEED YOU!

Now these are just 5 REASONS, but there are so many more, but I want to let you know, that you have every right to LIVE ON YOUR TERMS. You do not have to feel ashamed to have dreams, no matter if noone understands them.

I'm sure if I would have told others about some of my ideas, they would laugh. I know I would, if I heard some of my ideas..LOL. But I serve an ALMIGHTY GOD!  and He gave me, and you the power of the word, to have faith, and to make things happen. I know this to be true. I do this everyday, slowly, but surely!

As my Mother always says... "Where there's a WILL, there's a WAY!"

SO THINK BIG!!!

How I made it through Depression

Well Hello World!!

Well.... Atlanta is finally melting a bit...Lol. So as I sit here and look out of my window, I started thinking about a young lady I wanted to share with you all.

You know, you never truly know someone until you hear how they face adversities in life. I want to introduce you to an AMAZING Woman. No she's not famous, or rich, but she is smart, Authentic and desires to do more with the life she's been given. Her name is Ilonda, and I originally met her, because she followed my blog. And I noticed her immediately because of her great insight. I knew that she was special. So long story short she joined me in the course I created entitled THE I AM ME PROJECT. This course was designed for Women  to reclaim or understand who they are ,and to go into life with GOD GIVEN CONFIDENCE

So in the classes, I offer challenges and contest, and the ladies win different things, and Ilonda won the opportunity to share her story with me.. and withYOU!

" Well... I'm a mother of two boys and one girl. I'm from a small town in Georgia but close to Florida. I love to help people, especially people withmental health   issues, and that's why I work in that field.My story goes like this....

I didn't always feel special, unique or worthy, and I fell into a serious depression for over five years. I felt hopeless and wasn't sure how to get out of it. I tried everything, and of course I tried going to church. That was great for a while , but I never really felt connected being there. The people that came to me to help me were the same people who judged me. I knew GOD was the key, but I just couldnt build my relationship there. 

So along my journey, I met a Woman, that shared something very simple with me, but it helped change my life. She introduced me to "THE SECRET". So I watched  it, and I couldn't believe what I was hearing. In my whole life, I was never told that I could dream BIG OR HAVE WHATEVER I DESIRED. I had no idea I could use my thoughts, or my feelings in such a powerful way. This opened me up to possibilities. It wasn't easy, it was a process. But I did gain my own personal relationship with God. I did seek counseling. I did go and take Parenting classes, and my life began to change. I wanted more. I now know that I am beautiful, amazing and loved. Now I want my children to know that the sky is the limit. I want anyone who suffers from depression to know you don't have to stay there. There is help, you have to step out. Have faith. I hope this encourages someone."Ilonda

This young lady shared her testimony with me. And now we're sharing it with you. She encouraged me, and she didn't even know it. I am so proud of her for being willing to share so that it may help you. We all have to overcome adversity in this life, but to come out loving, and kind is truly GODS DESIRE.

Wow! Happy Tuesday!!

Its been a whlie since I officially blogged, but I missed you guys! :-) So it is officially 2014, and we made it yall...:-) This has been an amazing year already, visiting with family, making new friends, and solidifying old friendships. Creating opportunities for myself and others... yeah I would say its GREAT SO FAR!

So I wanted to introduce you all to something that I started towards the end of 2013, but 2014 it is going to be a MOVEMENT! A movement of self love, self acceptance,  and Understanding. So many of us are so hard on ourselves, and it kills our CONFIDENCE! We cannot sustain good health  relationships or anything with out a healthy esteem in ourselves. So today I want to show off some of the Ladies that are apart of  "THE I AM ME PROJECT!" We have made a commitment to ourselves to do things that will promote who we are. I know that these group of Women are already AMAZING, now everyone else will truly know just how AMAZING AND CAPABLE THEY ARE.

Three years ago I was a different person.

Three years ago, I was overweight ,insecure, and confused about where my life was headed. I took a deep look at myself, and only saw a shell of myself. I decided that enough was enough, and I wanted to my light to shine. I took 2 years of Self Discover! Guess what I found?

MYSELF!

Since then, I have been able to accomplish things I never dreamed of, because I became CONFIDENT IN ME! I know first hand how it feels to hide beneath a smile, and how it is to cling onto a relationship even when it needs to end. So I want to share with you, so you can reclaim yourself.

Since I found out the Truth about who I am, I feel better, I look younger, I am happier, and I love myself, that's why I can love others.....

Are there really No Good Men Out There?

 Happy Sunday!

I am just sittin' back listening to little music, like I so often do, and there are thoughts running through my mind. Some things where I'm looking forward to the immediate future, others where I'm thinking on event's of the past week. It has been good, and a little hectic, but good never the less.

So that leads me to a conversation I was having with a friend yesterday, and she always makes references to there being NO GOOD MEN OUT THERE... now you may be surprised  to hear that I didnt interject my opinion. Well... let me say this, if you ask for my opinion or my advice I will give you just that, but if you have an opinion and you feel perfectly fine with it, then maybe, just maybe thats why you're getting the result that you're getting.IJS!!! LOL

Anyway, instead of writing or doing a video or a podcast, I decided I would go LIVE tomorrow to address this issue. We all now people who say this, or we may have even said it, but it has become such a WIDESPREAD BELIEF, that I have heard MEN say this. So I want to know your thoughts, your issues, your concerns... Lets talk about it. I know that through our experiences, we believe that is everyone's REALITY and it isn't! and I know people from every walk of life, and the things that separate us is simply the way we THINK.... 3 simple Steps to Prepare for the relationship you desire!

Hey guys!!

I hope you are doing well today! Thank you all so much for  contacting me today and congratulating me on my latest venture "How to be Confident and "ATTRACT" the Relationship you Desire".
 
It has been in the making for a while, and I am so glad it is ready! So I thought that since we are family here, I would share a couple of things that I have put in this series.

 SO.....  I have put together a 4 week (online) course where I coach you personally that gives you the "HOW" to  be confident and ATTRACT  what you want the most,(starting Dec 27th) so hurry up!


 And for  all of you that may  want to go along at your own pace you can by purchasing the Audio series(download immediately). So many of us desire Love, Money Health, but we constantly get the opposite! Wow!!  So, I thought I would share a little bit with you tonight.... we are family... right?!

So here we go....

Here are three steps I  want  share with you  in the Course to Prepare you to "ATTRACT" the Relationship you desire!

1. The first thing you want to do is look at what areas you need work in.

When you do this, you are serious and you mean business. Just like a Boxer, or A Runner has to prepare for the race for the best shot of winning, you need to make sure you are in the best possible position as well . Remember we are trying to ATTRACT this person, so example... If you find that you you are indecisive, it is probably best that you begin with learning how to make decisions.

2. Another thing in Preparing is finding out what type of person is best for you.Everyone is different, so you need to make this as specific as possible to fit your needs.

Example, you may want to look at what qualities are important in the person you need, and make sure it lines up with who you are.. Example.... if your last relationship ended with your ex contributing to yur debt, you may want to pick someone who has a sense of Responsible Financial Awareness.


3. You may want to tie up any lose ends with past relationships.

Remember we are trying to ATTRACT the relationship we truly desire, so it is imperitive that we leave those exes behind! if you do this, once again this insure no extra drama, and gives your relationship the best chance of being all that you need  it to be.

so, there are just a few tips you need to do to PREPARE yourself...

Remember...

1. Find our "what" areas in your life need work .

2 . Find out "what" type of person is compatible for you and the qualities that best compliment you.

3. Take care of your past relationships.

So, now its time to take it further if you are serious about getting what you truly desire,

THREE MISTAKES WOMEN MAKE WHILE DATING!

I just got off of a phone call with a young lady discussing one of my favorite things to discuss. You got it! 

RELATIONSHIPS!!

Now I know I have entitled this the mistakes women make while dating, but in no shape or form am I blaming us for the things that go wrong in our individual relationships! (Smile ).

But because I am a woman who has made a lot of mistakes and who is now"REFORMED" I felt it was my duty to help my sista's out! Lol

So let me start by saying this, you may not be doing anything wrong, but there are things that turn "MEN" off and he may lose interest. Well of course you are totally unaware, because it could be something very small to you. Sweetie, he may or may not tell you depending on how INVESTED HE IS IN YOU!

So I am going to share some of these things with you.

1. Do not send him a photo of you before you had your three kids. This is a No.... It will work for a while but he has to see you sooner or later.

When you send a Man your photo, please show all of you,(entire body) and make sure it is a recent picture,you don't have to be a supermodel, but 

CONFIDENCE is sexy to him. So show your playful side as well as your sultry side.

Men are very simple, first impressions are important to him. So who he sees in the photo is who he expects to see when he meets you. Trust is the basis of Love for. MEN, and these small things makes him feel as though you are hiding something.

2. DO NOT TALK ABOUT YOUR EX, YOUR ISSUES, PROBLEMS OR BILLS...

You are giving him all the reasons why he should go the other way. Remember he is trying to get to know you. Tell him how much you love to dance, smile, flirt, and keep the conversation on how amazing you are.That's who he wants to see.

3.DON'T ASK HIM ABOUT OTHER WOMEN

He is dating you. Just because you are dating, until you both have established where you are going in this relationship, you need to remain flexible and not worry about other women.Meaning you must have standards,but understand that until he states that you are his, this could be a major turn off... He is thinking...

"This chick is jealous... I don't need this drama"

Sometimes  things will be going well on the phone before you meet,you may even be dating  for a couple of months and things just go left and you have no idea why! Depending on if he cares he may tell you what the problem is or not. Men are not always very verbal and they don't want to waste there time, so sometimes they will just stop calling. I didn't make the rules. Its just the way it is.. Should they consider your feelings? Yes..... But at the end of the day, just be you, remember to show what makes you special and he will want to stick to you like glue.....

Happy Saturday Beauties and Gents!

Its  a sunny morning here in Atlanta , Ga this morning, and I am still blesssed to experience all that that this day has to offer. Mom and the kids, are traveling back to their own home's and I am wishing them safe travels. But of course, I didn't forget about you! :-)

You know sometimes we get so caught up in our own lives, and the way we celebrate things that we sometimes forget that there are some of us who dont have family, or someone to love or care about them, If this is you, let me start off by saying,you are apart of MY FAMILY!

You are apart of THE HUMAN FAMILY and you are IMPORTANT TO ME! 

If you are reading this, and you wander how can this be true. Its simple for me, Its my truth. I know that I cannot inspire and love if you did not exist. I also know that you may have hardships along the way, and you think that life is never going to get better, or you may suffer from anxiety, panic attacks, lonliness and self doubt.

For those of us who may not have experienced some of these things, they are very real to those who experience these feelings,... but LUVS YOU DONT HAVE TO CONTINUE TO LIVE THIS WAY!

When we come into  this world we are wrapped in love, we are happy for no reason at all, but because we simply are here! It is the Will of Our Creator that we have abundance, love, and to have relationships with one another that support the best in us! 

Some of you have been feeling such hurtful feeling's for so long, that you don't know when and where they began. Honey, most of  these self defeating thoughts were deposited into your spirits at a very young age, by others. Our environment either nurtures us or can destroy us. When you were just a child, you were open to the world, to the way it taught you. You were open to others thoughts, and were to young to protect your mind and your spirit....

IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT!

But I serve a God, that continues to remind me to tell you the truth about who you are, and who he designed you to be, He tells us that we are FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE!

It is my absolute delight to remind you of this, because he whispers this to me every morning, sometimes in my spirit, sometimes through practical matters. Our creator uses his people to help one another, and that's all I am assigned to do. We are never supposed to hurt one another with our mouths, with our actions, or with our strength. We are commanded to LOVE

Three steps to move from fear into freedom

Hey  Luvs!

I love when I speak to those of you that reach out to me and  share your hopes , dreams, wishes and desires. Your encouragement, your support and your well wishes. Your hurt, sadness, feeling and feelings of hopelessness. What I'm saying is that whether good of bad I am here for you... But it is my desire to always help you try and get over those hurtful places in your life.... And move in to brighter and more successful days!

Life is not meant to be lived in a straight line, but it's not to be feared either . Some of us have been so hurt, that we shrink and become a shell of ourselves.

So here are three practical steps to move away from fear and into a place of freedom.

1. First.... Look at the worse case scenario of what could happen if you did the very thing you wanted most.... Example ... If the worse thing that happened is short of death could you live with that?  

Real talk: If I'm scared, I ask myself "Kim if you do this, will you die?!" Lol

Once I understand that the answer is no, then I put one foot in front of the other and before you know it.... FEAR IS A MEMORY!

2. Make it a game.....Once  you understand that your life  is not in present danger look at the goal ahead of you and take them step by step. If you are afraid at this point, remind yourself  that You made it to this point and keep  going to the next step.

3. Realize that you are almost to the finish line and the FEAR is no where to be found...

Most of us are afraid of how we will look to others, falling flat on our face, and not being perfect.... Well... People will look, you will fall, and possibly fall flat on your face, but you will not DIE!!!!

You see the thing about Fear is that it cannot exist without your permission ,and on the other side of FEAR IS FREEDOM!

Remember, whatever you desire to do, you are capable! Don't wait for fear to leave ..... It will never leave on it's own, so instead ask COUARAGE TO COME OVER !
